WUNDERFORM REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy sets forth Wunderform Inc.’s (“Wunderform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) policy regarding refunds for digital assets purchased from Wunderform. Wunderform Inc. is a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. By purchasing a digital asset, you agree to be bound by this policy, the Wunderform Terms of Service and the Wunderform 3D Asset License Agreement.

1. General Policy

Purchases of digital assets from Wunderform are final and non‑refundable. Due to the immediate access provided to digital content upon purchase, refunds, returns or exchanges are generally not offered. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts or licenses.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Corrupted file: The Asset file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • Mismatch: The Asset received does not match the product description or preview images.
  • Duplicate purchase: A duplicate purchase was made in error (subject to verification).

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@wunderform3d.com and must include your order number, a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation. All refund requests are subject to verification, and Wunderform reserves the right to review and deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

3. Non‑Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:

  • Accidental or unintended purchases.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incompatibility with third‑party software, plugins or systems.
  • Misunderstanding of product description or features.

You are responsible for reviewing all available product details before purchasing.

4. Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action relating to refunds under this policy must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, as set forth in the Wunderform Terms of Service.

5. Confidentiality and Conduct

All uses of Wunderform Assets and refund communications are subject to the confidentiality obligations and anti‑harassment policies described in the Wunderform Terms of Service. You must maintain the confidentiality of Wunderform’s proprietary information and treat Wunderform employees with respect in all communications.

6. Modifications to this Policy

Wunderform reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of Wunderform Assets constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Wunderform Terms of Service or the 3D Asset License Agreement, the Terms of Service controls, followed by the 3D Asset License and then this policy.

7. Entire Agreement

This Refund Policy, together with the Wunderform Terms of Service and 3D Asset License Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement regarding refunds for digital assets purchased from Wunderform.
